In "Veneva Aesthetics Nails Studio " you can pay with cash or card. We don't accept payments through Revolut app.
You can change or cancel yours appointment by calling 0895783550 or sending an email to venevaelena@gmail.com.

If you late for more than 15min late, the Master may offer to shorten the procedure or reschedule the appointment.

In the studio we use high-class products for professional use that have passed the quality approval of the European market.
Some of the brands are Belgian Premium products by ProNails and Ukrainian products - DARK by Rior.
All our instruments pass through multi-stage sterilization and disinfection in accordance with sanitary standarts and using the European method for safety.
A large number of clients have recently been suffering from a severe form of allergy to gel and gel polish. In 《 Veneva Aesthetics Nails Studio 》 we offer the highest class products on the Bulgarian market, which are hypoallergenic, vegan and are considered nail therapy -> Premium products by ProNails. Their formula provides clients with allergies to enjoy the opportunity to look and feel beautiful.
Terms and Conditions
The services provided are cosmetic and aesthetic in nature. Results depend on the individual condition of the nails, pre-existing damage, aftercare, and external factors.
By booking an appointment or using the services of the studio client confirms that they are aware of the current condition of their nails and is obliged to inform the salon of any prior issues, procedures performed by other specialists, or sensitivities.
The salon is not responsible for pre-existing nail damage, subsequent interventions (including services performed by other salons), self-treatment, improper aftercare, or external factors beyond its control.
Complaints must be submitted in writing (in person or via email), including a description of the issue, date of the service, and contact details. Due to the nature of the service, clients are advised to report any issues within a short period after they are identified.
